In response, Edil Baisalov reported on the adoption of a new doctrine (Unguzhol) titled "National Spirit - Global Heights." He noted that all ministries and local authorities are involved in its implementation.
Nevertheless, the Deputy Prime Minister pointed out that the existing measures are inadequate. Currently, the president's administration is considering new approaches aimed at uniting youth and ethnic groups, as well as strengthening the national spirit, he added.
