In his address to the ministry employees, the Cabinet's press service reports that Baisalov emphasized Dosmambetov's managerial skills and expressed confidence that his appointment would be an important step towards the renewal of the healthcare system. This renewal, he stated, should meet the high standards set by President Sadyr Japarov, as well as the expectations of the citizens of Kyrgyzstan in light of a new stage of the country's development.
In response, Kanibek Dosmambetov expressed gratitude for the trust placed in him and assured that he would make every effort to implement state policy in the field of healthcare, with the aim of improving the quality of life for the population.
