According to the Cabinet of Ministers, in his speech, he reaffirmed Kyrgyzstan's commitment to the Doha Political Declaration. He noted that the main directions of the country's social policy remain the eradication of poverty, the creation of decent jobs, and social inclusiveness, which form the basis of the national development strategy.

Edil Baisalov emphasized that in the National Development Program until 2030, key priorities include investments in human capital, including education, healthcare, and social protection. He also added that under the leadership of President Sadyr Japarov, Kyrgyzstan has significantly increased its GDP per capita, which is projected to reach 3,000 USD by 2025. Sustainable economic growth and an increase in the real incomes of citizens have become the main factors behind this achievement.

The topics discussed during the negotiations included strengthening cooperation in the fields of education, healthcare, ecology, and social policy. Edil Baisalov expressed gratitude to international partners for their support in implementing national reforms and for their contribution to the sustainable development of Kyrgyzstan.
