Kubanychbek Samakov raised the issue of the need for medical equipment for healthcare institutions in the Naryn region, including the Naryn, At-Bashinsky, and Ak-Talinsky districts.
It is worth noting that the ministry was previously headed by Erkin Checheybaev, who was relieved of his duties on December 1. During the time of performing the minister's duties, Dosmambetov held the position of head of the Main Department of the State National Security Committee for the Jalal-Abad region. Daiyrbek Orunbekov, head of the information policy service of the presidential administration, explained Dosmambetov's appointment as a necessity for deep reforms and the fight against corruption in the healthcare system.
