Yesterday, December 1, it became known about the appointment of Rustam Mamasadikov, who left the position of First Deputy Chairman of the GKNB and took the post of Secretary of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic. He was replaced by Kurvanbek Avazov. Additionally, Daniil Rysaliev was appointed Deputy Chairman of the GKNB, responsible for cybersecurity. Kanybek Dosmambetov, who previously held the position of head of the Main Department of the GKNB for the Jalal-Abad region, is now acting Minister of Health.
