On November 26, an attempt to illegally drive cattle across the Kyrgyz-Tajik section of the state border was thwarted. This information was received from the information and communications department of the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).

In the Leilek region, in the Chesh-Dobo area of the Ak-Suu rural administration, border guards discovered a group of five individuals engaged in the illegal driving of cattle, approximately one kilometer from the border.

According to reports, as a result of the operational measures taken, 67 heads of cattle were seized, which were likely intended for smuggling.

The detained cattle were delivered to the border unit for the processing of all necessary procedural documents.
