In Batken, a citizen was detained while attempting to smuggle cattle into Tajikistan

The employees of the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic on November 18 in the Papal region prevented an attempt to illegally transport cattle across the border of Kyrgyzstan. During the operation, border guards detained a resident of the village of Razzakov in the Leilek district of the Batken region, T.M., born in 1987, who was planning to transport four bulls to Tajikistan.

The detention occurred about 40 meters from the state border, on the territory of Kyrgyzstan.

Additionally, on November 19, unaccompanied horses were discovered in the area of responsibility of the "Kairagach" border post in the Kuruk-Sai region.

The time of discovery was around 02:30, when four horses, including one mare and three foals, were found 150-200 meters from the state border line, left without supervision. Due to the possibility of their use in illegal activities, the animals were detained and handed over to the police.

Both cases were registered, and after the necessary documents were processed, the detained citizen, as well as the seized animals, were transferred to law enforcement agencies for further investigation.
