Joint Exercises of the USA and Kyrgyzstan

In Kyrgyzstan, tactical-special exercises were held involving the country's law enforcement agencies and the National Guard of the State of Montana, USA, on the topic "Organization and conduct of search and rescue and other urgent operations within the framework of cooperation between the law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic and the National Guard of the State of Montana, USA."
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, rescue units from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, forces and resources from the Ministry of Defense, Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as representatives of the National Guard of Montana were involved in the exercises. The exercises were conducted at 5 training points: "Practical actions in a high-rise building to neutralize insurgents, free hostages, and evacuate the injured," "Elimination of chemical contamination of the area, providing first aid to the injured," "Search and rescue operations in large debris," "Emergency rescue operations in a traffic accident," "Deployment of a field hospital in an autonomous area and providing medical assistance to the affected population." The aforementioned event was conducted within the framework of previously reached agreements between the law enforcement agencies of Kyrgyzstan and the USA.
