Addressing the ministry staff, Edil Baisalov noted the managerial qualities of Kanibek Dosmambetov, expressing confidence that his appointment will contribute to a radical renewal of the healthcare system in accordance with the high demands of President Sadyr Japarov and the growing expectations of the people of Kyrgyzstan at this new stage of the country's development.
