The minister has four deputies, but the position of deputy for digital development remains vacant. This position was previously held by Nurgul Adnaeva, who was appointed in April 2025.
Kanybek Dosmambetov has been appointed as the acting minister, having previously served as the head of the GKNB department in the Jalal-Abad region.
The first deputy minister is Aibek Matkerimov. This medical specialist previously served as a deputy in the VII convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh and has experience working as the head of the maternity block at the Osh city branch of the territorial hospital, as well as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the Jalal-Abad regional maternity hospital.
Among the appointed deputies is Bakytbek Kadyraliyev, an outstanding cardiac surgeon who worked at the Heart Institute in Perm. Since 2012, he has been a practicing cardiac surgeon and assistant professor to S.G. Sukhanov at the Federal Center for Cardiovascular Surgery in Perm, and he also led a student scientific and educational club at the Perm State Medical Academy named after Wagner.
Another deputy appointed is Ryspek Sydygaliev. From 2008 to 2010, he worked as the chief physician of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Center in Tokmok, and from 2012 to 2015, he held the position of chief sanitary doctor of the Moscow district. Additionally, he headed the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Center in Bishkek and was the director of the Department of State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance.
