Buzurman Bagyshbekov's appointment was made on the recommendation of the director of the State Agency, Kazybek Moldazhiyev, and the order was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
Buzurman Bagyshbekov Kozhomuratovich was born on July 3, 1987, in the Talas region and holds a higher education degree.
In 2016, he completed his studies at the Kyrgyz State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports named after B. Turusbekov, obtaining a diploma in "Physical Education Teacher".
