He replaced Marlen Aibekov, who held this position since October 22, 2025.
About Talgat Nazakeev:
Talgat Kalibekovich Nazakeev was born on April 23, 1994, in the village of Saz, located in the Sokuluk district of the Chui region.
He has a higher education.
From 2010 to 2015, he studied at the International University of Kyrgyzstan (IUK KR).
In 2017–2019, he completed his master's degree at AGUPKR in the field of "Public and Municipal Administration," focusing on e-governance and information and communication technologies.
Professional Path:
From 2016 to 2018, he worked as a leading specialist in the Sokuluk District State Administration.
From 2019 to 2021, he held the position of specialist in the municipal service, responsible for the social department and the housing and utilities department in the Sverdlovsk administrative district.
From 2021 to 2025, he was the head of the department in the MA institution for the Lenin administrative district, and also worked in the organizational and control department and the Central Office.
