Born on February 1, 1982, in the village of Soviet, located in the Ak-Suu district of the Issyk-Kul region.
Education:
In 2004, he graduated from the Kyrgyz State Law Academy with a degree in "Jurisprudence".
Career:
On June 16, 2008, he began his career in the Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic as an intern.
From June 17, 2008, to June 23, 2009, he worked as an intern-assistant to the prosecutor of the Jet-Oguz district.
From June 23, 2009, until January 20, 2012, he held the position of senior assistant to the prosecutor of the same district.
From January 20 to March 29, 2012, he worked as a senior assistant to the prosecutor of the city of Karakol.
From March 29 to May 17, 2012, he was an investigator for particularly important cases in the Issyk-Kul regional prosecutor's office.
From May 17, 2012, to April 4, 2013, he served as a senior investigator for particularly important cases in the same prosecutor's office.
From April 4 to May 2, 2013, he worked as a senior investigator in the investigative department of the Issyk-Kul regional prosecutor's office.
From May 2, 2013, to December 25, 2015, he held the position of deputy prosecutor of the Ak-Suu district.

On January 30, 2023, he was awarded the title of "Best Prosecutor" based on the results of his work for 2022 (decision of the extended board of the General Prosecutor's Office of the KR).
On October 31, 2024, he was awarded the badge "Honorary Citizen of the Kadamjai District".
On November 18, 2024, he received the anniversary medal "100 Years of the Prosecutor's Office of the KR".
On November 20, 2024, he was prematurely awarded the special rank of Colonel of Justice.
On April 25, 2025, he was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Jogorku Kenesh.
