According to information from a Turmush correspondent, Kulnara Tolumbekova has been appointed as the head of the Tyup district financial management, transitioning from the Karakol city department of the Ministry of Finance. The order for her appointment came into effect on December 1, 2025.
Kulnara Tolumbekova, born in 1966, began her career in 1986 in the finance department of Przhevalsk in the Issyk-Kul region, where she worked as a state revenue inspector.
From 1987 to 1988, she held the position of economist in the same finance department.
From October 1990 to November 1996, Tolumbekova worked as a budget planning specialist.
After that, in November 1996, she was transferred to the position of leading specialist and held it until April 1999.
From April 1999 to July 2001, following the merger of the Ak-Suu district with the city of Karakol, she continued her career as a leading specialist in the budget department of the Ak-Suu district financial management.
From July 2001 to October 2003, she worked as a chief specialist in the budget department of the Issyk-Kul regional financial management.
In October 2003, she was appointed as the deputy head of the Karakol city financial department.
Since July 2016 and up to the present, due to the reorganization of the agency, Tolumbekova has held the position of head of the Karakol department of the Ministry of Finance.
