Since November 17, 2025, Jusupbekov has held this new position. Previously, from 2021 until November 14, 2025, he served as the acting chairman of the Youth Affairs Committee of the city of Osh.
Jusupbekov was born on September 20, 1991, in the village of Uch-Bai, which is part of the T. Zulpuyev rural district in the Nookat district of the Osh region.
Education
From 2008 to 2013, he studied at the Osh Humanitarian Pedagogical Institute, where he obtained a degree in "Social Work."
From 2015 to 2017, he continued his education at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, pursuing a master's degree in public and municipal administration.
Work Experience
From 2012 to 2014, he worked as a specialist in the Osh City Youth Affairs Committee;
From 2014 to 2016, he held the position of leading specialist in the same committee;
From 2016 to 2021, he was the chief specialist of the Osh City Youth Affairs Committee;
In 2021-2022, Jusupbekov headed this committee;
Additionally, from 2012 to 2016 and from 2016 to 2021, he served as a deputy of the T. Zulpuyev rural council in the Nookat district;
In 2019-2020 and 2020-2021, he held the position of secretary of the rural administration and rural council of the T. Zulpuyev rural district;
From 2022 to 2025, he again served as chairman of the Osh City Youth Affairs Committee.
By state rank, he is a 3rd class advisor of state and municipal service.
