According to information from the presidential representative office in the Osh region, President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree appointing Sheishekano Daniyar Turdubekovich as the head of the Nookat District State Administration.
On November 21, an official presentation of the new akim took place, conducted by the presidential representative Elchibek Jantayev before the district's active members.
Emil Chaki baev, who previously held the position of akim of the Nookat district, was detained on charges of illegal construction in the village of Kok-Zhar, as reported by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek on October 14, 2025.
Additionally, Turmush previously reported that Chaki baev, detained as part of a criminal case on corruption, returned to his duties.

Daniyar Sheishekano was born on August 6, 1982, in Bishkek.
Education
- In 2004, he graduated from the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn with a degree in law.

As of January 1, 2025, according to the National Statistical Committee, the population of the Kara-Suu district is 398,515 people, including 56,886 residents of the city of Kara-Suu.
