General Information:
Soltobaev Orozmambet Tashtanbekovich holds a higher education degree, obtained in 2005 from Naryn State University with a specialization in computer engineering.
In 2019, he also graduated from S. Naimatov Naryn State University, where he studied mathematics and physics.
Career:
In 2004, he began his career as a mathematics and computer science teacher at S. Rayymbekov Secondary School in the village of Özgörüş, located in the At-Bashy district, under the "Deposit" program of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
From 2007 to 2010, he served as the deputy director for extracurricular and out-of-school activities at the same school, while continuing to teach mathematics and computer science.
In 2010, he became a social pedagogue at K. Mambetaliev Secondary School in the village of At-Bashy.
From 2010 to 2012, he worked as a methodologist in the Education Department of the At-Bashy district.
In the following years, from 2012 to 2017, he held the position of executive director at the "Ayu Alfa" retraining center, and then from 2017 to 2022, he was the head of the methodological cabinet in the Education Department of this district.
Additionally, since 2014, he has also taught physics and mathematics at the secondary school in the village of Ak-Zhar.
From May 18, 2022, to November 24, 2025, Soltobaev served as the acting head of the At-Bashy District Education Department.

In 2007-2008, he received a "Certificate of Honor" from the At-Bashy District Department.
In 2019, he was awarded a "Certificate of Honor" for 2nd place in the "Best Teacher of the Year" competition from the Education Department.
In 2008-2009, he received a "Certificate of Honor" from the Trade Union Committee of the Naryn Region.
He was also awarded a "Certificate of Honor" from the Naryn State University Continuing Education Center in 2008.
Other awards include "Certificates of Honor" from the administration of S. Rayymbekov Secondary School, the At-Bashy District State Administration, as well as letters of appreciation from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and other organizations over the years.

Among his certificates are professional development and retraining courses such as "School Management and Leadership in Learning" (August 2018) and "Ensuring Educational Opportunities for Children in Difficult Life Situations" (June 2018).
He has also undergone training in programs related to conflictology, the use of IT technologies in education, and the motivation of digital transformation in education.
Personal Life:
Orozmambet Soltobaev is married and raises six children.
