By the decree of President Sadyr Japarov, Bakytbek Saparbaevich Suyunbaev was appointed to this position. The new head of the district administration was introduced by the first deputy representative of the president in the region, Maksat Baidzhigitov.
Bakytbek Saparbaevich Suyunbaev was born on June 5, 1982, in the village of Kara-Cholok, located in the Suzak district of the Jalal-Abad region.
In 2007, he graduated from the Jalal-Abad branch of the Kyrgyz State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports, where he studied physical culture.
In 2022, Bakytbek completed his studies at the Modern International University, obtaining a degree in law.
Career
- From 2007 to 2009, he worked as a teacher at secondary school No. 40 named after B. Kambarov in the Suzak district.
- In 2010-2011, he served as the acting head of the village (ayil bashchy) in the Kurmanbekovsky ayil okmotu of the Suzak district.
- From 2011 to 2013, he held the position of deputy head of the Kurmanbek ayil ökmötü in the Suzak district.
- In 2013-2014, he returned to work as a teacher at secondary school No. 40 named after B. Kambarov.
- In 2014-2015, he was the deputy head of the Kurmanbekovsky ayil okmotu.
- From 2017 to 2019, he served as the head of the village (ayil bashchy) in the Kurmanbek ayil okmotu.
- In 2019-2020, he was the acting director of vocational college No. 3, which is part of institution No. 10 of the State Service for the Execution of Sentences in the city of Jalal-Abad.
- From November 2020 to November 20, 2025, he held the position of first deputy head — akim of the state administration of the Suzak district.
