Talant Zhekshenov, born in 1982, holds two higher education degrees: he graduated from the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn with a degree in "Law" and from the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razakov with a degree in "Mining". Additionally, he is a graduate of the specialized Olympic reserve school named after Sheraly Sydykov.
Throughout his career, Talant Zhekshenov has held significant leadership positions in government institutions. He was the director of the state enterprise "Sport Complex", headed the state natural park "Ala-Archa", and served as the deputy director at the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkomur". His management experience makes him a highly qualified and effective leader.
Zhekshenov's appointment to the new position is aimed at improving the operations of the State Mortgage Company OJSC and strengthening its management team.
The former chairman of the board is leaving his position as part of a planned rotation, according to the decision of the Presidential Administration's board, and is moving to another position.

Additionally, there has been a change in the position of the first deputy chairman of the management board. Nurgazy Atkanov has been appointed as the first deputy chairman of the State Mortgage Company OJSC.
Nurgazy Atkanov, born in 1983, also holds two higher education degrees: he graduated from Talas State University with a degree in "Ecology" and from the Kyrgyz State Law Academy with a degree in "Law". He is a class I state service advisor and a colonel of internal service.
Atkanov's career began in the Ministry of Justice and the State Penitentiary Service, where he rose from an instructor to the deputy head of the department. From 2017 to 2022, he worked in the office of the President of Kyrgyzstan, serving as an expert and inspector, as well as holding the position of deputy head of the department. Since 2022, he has headed a department in the Presidential Administration.
