The State Mortgage Company OJSC has made an important appointment: the new chairman of the board is Talant Tabylbekovich Zhekshenov.
Talant Zhekshenov, born in 1982, holds two higher education degrees: one in law from the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn and another in mining from the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov. Additionally, he is a graduate of the specialized Olympic reserve school named after Sheraly Sydykov.
Throughout his career, Talant Zhekshenov has held significant positions in government institutions. Among his roles are the director of the State Enterprise "Sport Complex" under the Presidential Administration, director of the Ala-Archa State Natural Park, and deputy director of the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzkomur." His management experience and ability to lead effectively have already proven themselves well.
Zhekshenov's appointment is aimed at strengthening the management team and improving work processes at the State Mortgage Company OJSC.
The previous chairman, in accordance with the planned rotation and by decision of the Presidential Administration board, is transitioning to another position, vacating the one he occupied.
