Tsoi Alexander Dmitrievich

Candidate of Chemical Sciences. Born in 1954. Graduated from the Kyrgyz State National University.

Worked at the Institute of Inorganic and Physical Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR as a junior researcher and senior researcher.

He is the organizer and director of the Engineering Center "Iskra" (1987), whose goal is to implement spark discharge technology in industrial enterprises of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Currently, he is the president of the venture company "Nano carbon electric chemical tec." (South Korea).

Published more than 100 scientific works. Holds over 20 author certificates and patents. Awarded the gold medal of the VDNH of the USSR and the badge "Inventor of the USSR".
