The new bank of Kyrgyzstan, named "Berekett Bank," was established by the youngest son of President Sadyr Japarov and Marat Sultanov, who previously held the position of speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh.
According to reports, the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan approved the creation of "Berekett Bank" on October 10. The bank was officially registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on October 20.
According to information posted on the Ministry of Justice's website, among the founders of the bank are Nurgojoev Nurdoelet Sadyrovich, the youngest son of the president, and Marat Sultanov, the former speaker of parliament.
The director of "Berekett Bank" has been appointed as Jarkynbek Sagyndykov, who previously held the position of chairman of the board of "Bai-Tushum" bank.
The new bank is currently undergoing all necessary procedures to obtain a license and begin its operations.
