Samidin Omorov was born on April 18, 1987.
He is married and a father of five children.

From 2005 to 2011, Omorov studied at the Kyrgyz Agrarian University named after K. Skryabin, where he received a diploma in "Environmental Engineering" in the field of "Natural Resource Management".
Languages: Kyrgyz - native, Russian and Turkish - fluent, English - intermediate level (reading and working with texts).

- 01.02.2019 – 16.11.2020: Head of the administrative and economic department at the State Property Management Fund;

- 18.04.2022 – 19.09.2022: Mechanic at the municipal utility enterprise;
- 19.09.2022 – 17.09.2024: Improvement engineer;
- 17.09.2024 – 22.07.2025: Chief engineer at the municipal utility enterprise.
