Akim Almazbek Rakhmankulov introduced the new leader to the staff of the district administration, as well as to the heads of institutions and rural administrations.
Before this appointment, Dzekshembaev worked in various fields, including the agricultural department of the Chui regional state administration, the industry, entrepreneurship, and investment sector in the Issyk-Ata district administration. He also served as the head of the Yuriev rural administration and worked in the agricultural development department of the presidential representative office in the Chui region. His resume includes positions such as deputy director of the Department of Agricultural Plant Expertise, head of the agricultural development department of the Issyk-Ata district, and head of the Krasnorechensky and Ken-Bulun rural administrations. Additionally, he was the director of the farmer support center "Bai-Dyikan."
