He noted that the Naryn District Prosecutor's Office operated in accordance with the Constitutional Law "On the Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic" during the first nine months of 2025, as well as following the instructions of the Attorney General of the Kyrgyz Republic, paying attention to oversight of crime prevention and compliance with criminal procedural legislation.
During this period, one criminal case was initiated regarding theft committed by minors. As a result of the investigation, two minors were excluded from the criminal process, and the case was closed in accordance with paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 27 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The incident occurred in mid-April 2025, when a black-green "Cruiser" bicycle worth 18,000 soms was stolen from the village of Örnök by unknown individuals.
In this case, on June 13, 2025, the investigative department of the Naryn District Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under paragraph 4 of part 2 of article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the investigation, it was found that minors N. Sh. uulu and A. S. were involved in the theft. As a result, the case was terminated based on paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 27 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The district prosecutor's office conducted an analysis of the legality of the actions and prepared a conclusion.
As for crimes against minors, no criminal cases were registered in this area.
The Naryn District Prosecutor's Office will continue its work to ensure compliance with legislation concerning the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of minors.
