According to information, this incident occurred in the village of Saruu, located in the Jeti-Oguz district of the Issyk-Kul region. A correspondent for Turmush was informed by the police that the fact was recorded in the unified register of incidents of the Internal Affairs Department of the Jeti-Oguz district, and an investigative check is currently underway.
During this check, it was revealed that in January 2025, local residents S. S. and J. Ch., along with 11th-grade students from the local secondary school — R. N., M. N., Ü. A., B. A., S. D., S. D., S. E., K. U., K. D., S. B., S. E., born in 2008 and 2009, attacked their peers Ü. E., S. U., and A. A., who were born in 2008, due to conflicts that arose. The incident was recorded on video.
The teenagers involved in the incident were summoned for questioning at the Internal Affairs Department of the Jeti-Oguz district. The minor victims, in the presence of their legal representatives, decided not to file a complaint and to refuse a forensic medical examination.
At the moment, the investigative check is ongoing.
