It has been established that excavation work in this area was carried out by the homeowner to fix a water pipe leak. However, after the work was completed, the pit was not properly backfilled, which led to the incident.
Traffic police and municipal services quickly arrived at the scene. The vehicle was placed in a special parking lot. An investigation into the circumstances is currently underway, and necessary procedural actions are being taken.
