He reported that on January 31, 2024, a citizen K.Z., born in 1992, gained his trust and purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade from him for 80,000 US dollars. However, after failing to pay 28,000 dollars, he disappeared.
The fact of fraud was registered, and a preliminary investigation was initiated. Based on the collected materials, a criminal case was opened under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning fraud, and operational investigative actions were started.
As a result of operational search activities conducted on November 18, 2025, the suspect K.Z. was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
