The incident occurred on November 18 at around 19:45 in one of the rooms of a residential building. According to preliminary data, 50-year-old G.S., who was temporarily living in this house, and his acquaintance, 50-year-old M.A., were drinking homemade alcohol. During the drinking process, a conflict arose between them, which escalated into a physical altercation.
During the conflict, G.S., under the influence of alcohol, used a kitchen knife and struck M.A. in the chest.
Unfortunately, the victim M.A. died at the scene.
In connection with the incident, on November 18, a criminal case was initiated under Article 122 of the Criminal Code ("Murder"), and forensic examinations were appointed.
Police officers promptly detained G.S. and placed him in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
