The incident occurred on November 10, when a 26-year-old man from the Kadamjai district reported to the local police station. He stated that that evening in the Panorama area in the southern part of the city, a group of five unknown individuals attacked him, beat him, and took his Samsung mobile phone along with his documents. Additionally, they damaged the glass of his car.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 206 of the Criminal Code ("Robbery"), which has led to operational investigative measures being conducted by the criminal investigation department of the Kyzyl-Kyia City Police.
As a result of the conducted measures, the identities of all five suspects, who are residents of Kyzyl-Kyia, have been established. One of them, 21-year-old T.A., has been placed in a temporary detention facility, while 21-year-old A.A., 20-year-old O.A., 20-year-old M.N., and 20-year-old A.S. have been summoned for questioning.
Currently, the investigative actions are in the process of completion.
