The press service of the regional police reported that on December 8, 2025, Orolbek Akparov, who holds the position of deputy head of the Main Department of Criminal Investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, introduced Colonel of Police Rinat Toktobekov as the acting deputy head for operational work.
Toktobekov has been tasked with a number of objectives, including solving registered crimes, increasing the efficiency of operational work, and ensuring public safety.
Meanwhile, Nurgazy Uvaliev, who previously held the position of deputy head of the operational work department, has now been transferred to the position of head of the department of the Main Department of Criminal Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to the order of the Ministry.
Previously, Toktobekov worked as the deputy head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek, where he was responsible for operational work.
