According to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Colonel of Police Baktybek Narbaevich Narchayev has been appointed as the head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Talas region.
Today, November 12, the new leader was introduced to the personnel by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Major General of Police Oktay Urmambetov. He wished Narchayev success in his service and reminded him of the need to avoid participation in election campaigning and corrupt activities, emphasizing the importance of conscientious performance of official duties.
Baktybek Narchayev began his career in the internal affairs bodies in 1993, working in operational units. Before taking up his current position, he served as the Deputy Head of the Main Department of Criminal Investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It should be noted that the previous head of the Talas Internal Affairs Department, Azenbek Kozukeev, has been appointed to the position of head of the Main Department for Ensuring Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
