Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Ulan Biibosunov also received a new appointment: he became the head of the internal investigations service after his resignation from the previous position.
According to representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the personnel changes are aimed at strengthening discipline, improving the work of departments, and implementing the principle of rotation among employees.
