This position was previously held by Turatbek uulu Alisher, who, along with former mayor Maksat Nusuvaliev, became a subject of a criminal case and was held accountable. Currently, the temporary duties of the head of the management are being performed by Esen Sabyrkulov.
As part of the competition, the city hall is forming a personnel reserve for the administrative municipal position of Head of the Municipal Property Management of the city of Tokmok (1 staff unit), which belongs to the main group of administrative positions (G-B).
As for the qualification requirements, the candidate must have a higher education in one of the following fields: economics and management, law, political science, international relations, architecture and construction, geodesy and land management, as well as technical sciences.
Work experience:
— in state or municipal service — at least 3 years,
— or in another professional field — at least 5 years.
Candidates must possess knowledge in the areas of Civil, Land, Labor, and Housing Codes of the Kyrgyz Republic; the law "On the State Language"; legislation on municipal property, access to information, public procurement, registration of property rights, and local administration; as well as be familiar with the Regulations on the provision of land plots (Resolutions No. 571 and No. 177). Proficiency in the state and official languages is mandatory.
