Dosmambetov was appointed as acting minister on December 1 by presidential decree.
Before this, he held positions in national security agencies.
His candidacy was presented by the permanent representative of the president and the Cabinet of Ministers in the Jogorku Kenesh, Almas Abytov.
Previously, the relevant committee on labor, health, women's affairs, and social issues also gave a positive conclusion regarding his candidacy.
Now, the remaining procedure involves the approval of Dosmambetov's candidacy by the parliament.
