According to the Ministry of Health, the purpose of the visit was not only to familiarize himself with the clinic but also to discuss current issues and plans for future medical professionals.
Dosmambetov noted that a comprehensive reform of the healthcare system is being implemented in Kyrgyzstan, initiated by President Sadyr Japarov. The changes affect all aspects, including management, financing, and training of personnel. Attention was also drawn to the development of high technologies in medicine and transplantology.
Among the main problems in the sector, the minister highlighted the shortage of medical personnel, low salaries, and corruption risks. He emphasized the importance of decent wages and creating conditions for the professional growth of young specialists.
Addressing the students, Dosmambetov stressed their significance for the future of medicine. He assured them that the government would work on increasing salaries, improving living conditions, and supporting specialists, counting on their dedication to the profession and the country.
