He also reminded about the launch of a pilot project starting January 1, 2026, within which several healthcare organizations will gain autonomy. About twenty institutions will be able to manage their finances and affairs more independently.
The management model implemented at the Osh State University Medical Center may serve as the foundation for this project. If the pilot project proves effective, it could be expanded nationwide.
Kanibek Dosmambetov noted: "Providing medical services at official rates ensures the inflow of funds into the institution's treasury, which eliminates informal financial flows. This allows at least 50% of revenues to be allocated for increasing the salaries of doctors and medical staff, as well as directing funds towards the development of the medical organization itself. This approach significantly reduces the level of corruption and creates a sustainable motivation system."
