In Bishkek, there is a decrease in the number of visits and hospitalizations due to influenza and ARVI in several medical institutions, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health.

This situation allows for a more effective redistribution of the load on medical institutions and ensures the availability of assistance. Additionally, daily fluctuations in the number of visits are a common occurrence for this season, and final conclusions about the dynamics will be made based on the analysis of weekly data.

The Republican Clinical Infectious Disease Hospital has recorded a decrease in the number of visits and hospitalizations compared to the beginning of the week. However, the bed capacity remains under significant strain: 500 beds are in operation, with actual occupancy ranging from 565 to 573 patients.

The City Children's Clinical Emergency Hospital operates around the clock for children suffering from seasonal respiratory infections. There are 421 beds in the repurposed departments, of which 378 are occupied. A slight decrease in the number of visits and hospitalizations is observed. The most overloaded departments remain general somatics, ENT, and surgery/pulmonology. The main flow of patients comes from primary healthcare in Bishkek and the Chui region.

The Ministry of Health continues to monitor the epidemiological situation closely. There is also an enhancement of the outpatient sector through active monitoring by family physician groups, support for an expanded bed capacity, and the establishment of operational patient routing and interaction between medical institutions.
