The Minister of Education, Dokturgul Kendirbaeva, noted in a live broadcast on "Birinchi Radio" that specialists whose education was funded by the state must return to their homeland and work in Kyrgyzstan.

She emphasized that the ministry is interested in attracting ambitious and talented young professionals to the education system; however, unfortunately, many of those who studied at the state's expense do not return to the country.

“We invited specialists trained with state funds, but they did not return. This is a matter of conscience and responsibility to the country. I won’t name names; they all understand,” Kendirbaeva said.

Additionally, the minister reported that teachers working abroad were offered high positions in Kyrgyzstan, but many declined due to insufficient salary levels.

Kendirbaeva added that various support measures are provided for those specialists willing to work in the country, including social mortgages and gradual salary increases.

She also reminded that starting next year, teachers' salaries will be doubled.

“This is significant support, but also a great responsibility. Increasing salaries is a serious and decisive step for the state budget,” she concluded.
