Officials explained the reasons for the failures in the mobile application "Tunduk"
Adilet Jumayeva, the chairwoman of the board of OJSC "Tunduk," noted that the application sometimes encounters technical failures and that it is impossible to guarantee its flawless operation 100% of the time.
According to Jumayeva, the main reasons for the failures are updates to processes and changes in functionality. Often, such work cannot be carried out at night, which leads to it being done in the morning or evening hours when many users are actively using the application. "These actions are necessary to improve our service," she added.
The chairwoman emphasized that the arising failures are temporary.
