Information about their medical rights can now be obtained by Kyrgyz citizens through the "Tunduk" application, as reported by the government press service.

According to the provided data, the reform has significantly improved the accessibility of guaranteed medical services for citizens.

This issue is crucial for the health and trust of millions of Kyrgyz citizens, as it is linked to the successful implementation of the State Guarantees Program (SGP) in healthcare.

Although the SGP was introduced a long time ago and is supposed to provide citizens with a guaranteed volume of medical services funded by the state, its actual effectiveness has left much to be desired. The main reasons for this are the insufficient awareness of the population and the lack of a convenient tool for obtaining relevant information.

To address this issue, the digital service "Right to Health" was successfully developed and implemented as part of the "Government Accelerators" initiative.
“Now, more than 5.2 million citizens, which accounts for over 70% of the population, insured under mandatory health insurance, will be able to quickly and conveniently receive personalized information about their medical rights and available services. Access to this service is provided through the mobile application "Tunduk," which completely eliminates the need to study complex documents, search for information in brochures, or have long consultations with medical professionals — a personalized response can now be obtained in a minute,” the government emphasizes.
