How many Kyrgyz citizens have registered a self-ban on lending through "Tunduk"
According to data from the National Bank, from November 1 to December 5, 2025, 65,356 citizens of Kyrgyzstan used the self-ban on lending service available through the "Tunduk" mobile application.
Starting from November 1, 2025, a new mechanism was implemented to enhance the financial security of citizens — the "Self-Ban on Lending." This tool was created to protect personal data from fraudsters.
To set up a self-ban on loans through the "Tunduk" application, follow these steps:
Download and open the "Tunduk" application. Go to the "Services" section and select "Self-Ban on Lending." Choose a bureau — "Isheni" or "SES." Click on "Enable Self-Ban" and complete the process! The self-ban can be canceled at any time, and the cancellation process is possible after 12 hours with the option for a refund.
If you see the message "Service temporarily unavailable," please update the application and try again.
