
The Go Bus tourist service provides its clients with safe and convenient travel conditions. The head of the international cooperation and tourism development department of the State Enterprise "Tourism Development Support Fund in the Kyrgyz Republic," Damir Jumakanov, shared this information on the air of Birinchi Radio.
According to him, the Go Bus app allows users to purchase tickets from anywhere in the world. Payment is available through online banking, e-wallets, as well as cash and transfers. This year, a new route along the southern shore of Issyk-Kul has been added to the Bishkek — Karakol route, and in winter, a seasonal route from Karakol to the ski base is planned to be launched.
One of the key advantages of Go Bus is its strict adherence to the schedule, which does not depend on the number of passengers.
For user convenience, the Go Bus mobile application has been developed, available on Google Play and the App Store. In the app, users can familiarize themselves with current routes and schedules, book tickets, and receive consultations through a chatbot or call center. Jumakanov noted that the chatbot is managed by the carrier, as its development requires constant improvement using artificial intelligence.
“The app has been refined several times since its launch, including with the help of an international grant. The chatbot is regularly improved and now provides almost any information,” he noted.
The number of Go Bus flights varies depending on the flow of tourists. The service continues to expand its network of routes.
