To maintain men's health, physical activity, environmental conditions, and a healthy lifestyle are essential. Urologist and andrologist Kalyis Kyrbashev shared his opinion on "Birinchi Radio," noting that smoking and alcohol have a negative impact on men's health.

According to the specialist, smoking narrows blood vessels, which in turn worsens blood circulation in the genital organs. He also added that alcohol can lower testosterone levels and cause mental disorders.

Kyrbashev emphasizes that to maintain health, it is necessary to follow a proper diet, spend more time outdoors, engage in cycling, and avoid harmful habits while drinking enough water. Regular monitoring of testicle and penis size, as well as attention to overall muscle mass and issues with obesity and body hair, are also very important. If any deviations are detected, one should immediately consult a doctor.

The doctor noted that many young men do not seek help from specialists, preferring to ask friends for advice. However, urologists deal not only with men's health issues but also with diseases of the urinary system, so consultation with a urologist is available at any age.

It is important to remember that some diseases can lead to infertility, so regular visits to the doctor are especially necessary. Kyrbashev also recommended that men over 50 undergo examinations with a urologist at least once a year.
