The influence of social media on people's mental health raises serious concerns. As psychiatrist Yulia Ulitina noted in a program on "Birinchi Radio," excessive time spent online can lead to increased anxiety and depression, as well as undesirable comparisons with what is displayed on the phone screen.

She emphasized that there are no clear recommendations on the amount of time one should spend on social media.

“If a user is watching educational videos, this can be beneficial. However, when it comes to watching entertainment clips, it is recommended to limit this time to two hours a day to avoid the risk of degradation,” the specialist added.
