The Tourism Development Support Fund in the Kyrgyz Republic has signed agreements with the Department of Physical Culture, Sports, Tourism, and Youth Initiatives of the Bishkek City Hall, as well as with the Association of Craftsmen of the country.
The purpose of these documents is to promote the development of the tourism potential of both the capital and other regions, as well as to strengthen cooperation in the field of domestic and event tourism.
The agreements cover several key aspects of cooperation:
- Innovations and digitalization: creating the mobile app Vizit Bishkek to provide tourists with information about attractions, routes, as well as services and excursions;
- Support for youth initiatives and startups: providing financial, consulting, and expert support to young entrepreneurs in the tourism sector;
- Development of event and sports tourism: organizing city festivals and cultural events to attract tourists;
- Marketing and branding: promoting Bishkek as an attractive tourist destination and creating a brand for the capital;
- Improvement of the hotel and restaurant business: enhancing service quality and developing infrastructure for tourists.
The signed memorandums create a platform for long-term cooperation and contribute to the sustainable development of the tourism industry in Kyrgyzstan.
