The document was signed by the heads of the federations – Eduard Kubatov and Vladimir Agafonov. Representatives of both sides noted that this agreement creates opportunities for uniting efforts in the development of mountain sports, enhancing safety, and promoting Kyrgyzstan on the international stage.

The organizers are confident that cooperation between the federations will allow:
- to implement large joint initiatives, including international festivals, expeditions, and the construction of mountain shelters;
- to enhance safety in the mountains through joint training programs and the preparation of guides and rescuers;
- to strengthen Kyrgyzstan's reputation as an international center for mountaineering and increase the flow of tourists;
- to create a unified system for training youth and developing children's and youth sports;
- to unite the efforts of the sports community, which will attract the attention of the government and investors.
He also noted that the signing of this agreement is an important step towards strengthening unity and cooperation, which will help elevate Kyrgyzstan's status as a key region in the world of mountaineering and sports tourism.
Vladimir Agafonov congratulated all members of both federations and expressed confidence that, through joint efforts, the mountains of Kyrgyzstan will become more accessible and safer for everyone.
