Currently, 60% of citizens wishing to renew their driver's licenses prefer to do so online, while the remaining 40% continue to visit the "Unaa" institution and wait in line. This was stated by Adilet Seytaliev, head of the driver's registration department.
Seytaliev noted that the process of renewing a license through the mobile application "Tündük" has become significantly easier and more convenient for users.
“Previously, people had to come to the office, wait in line, which sometimes caused dissatisfaction and disputes. Now everything is done online. Citizens can submit an application through the app and come only when their new license is ready,” he added.
