Mirlán Rakhmanov noted that the tax service is moving towards transforming into a service-oriented body that creates more convenient conditions for both citizens and entrepreneurs in the field of taxation.
“Previously, citizens had to personally visit tax institutions, spend time in queues, and deal with paperwork. Now all information and the ability to make payments are available online. Through the personal taxpayer's cabinet, one can obtain complete information about debts, deadlines, and amounts of tax payments,” he added.
In addition, Rakhmanov emphasized that raising tax culture among citizens and strengthening trust in tax authorities are significant results of efforts to improve interaction between the state and taxpayers.
