In an interview on "Birinchi Radio," the Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service, Mirlan Rakhmanov, shared the interim results of the service's work for the period from January to October 2025.
According to him, during the specified period, the State Tax Service collected 310.4 billion soms in the form of taxes and insurance contributions.
These figures exceeded the planned values by 104.3%, which amounts to 12.7 billion soms above the plan.
Compared to the same period last year, collections increased by 73.2 billion soms, corresponding to a growth rate of 130.9%.
“Reforms in the field of taxation are beginning to bear fruit. Statistical data shows that collections for the republican and local budgets amounted to over 243 billion soms over 10 months, which is 66 billion soms more than last year. This corresponds to a growth of 137%. We are also responsible for collecting insurance contributions, where positive dynamics are observed. Over 10 months, more than 66 billion soms were collected, which is 6.7 billion soms more compared to last year,” noted Mirlan Rakhmanov.
He added that the growth in revenues is not related to an increase in the tax burden but has been achieved through the expansion of the taxpayer base, the digitization of processes, and an increase in the level of voluntary tax payments.
